Updated Thursday March 19, 2020:
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread and impact us all. While following the guidelines of the CDC and the state and federal government, we are reviewing daily the next steps to keeping all our families cared for. We are taking the current health situation seriously and working to protect our community while ensuring that the essential parts of our community can function while doing our part to “flatten the curve”.
As of tomorrow, Friday March 20, 2020, our clubhouse will be temporarily closing the doors to the public and unscheduled visits. Our teams will still be on site and available for resident meetings by appointment, while we encourage communication by phone or email. We are also available to tour our community to those needing new housing by appointment for an in-person or virtual tour. Although this is a fluid situation, our current maintenance remains in full operation. We want to continue to provide you with the services in your home and around your community. We will continue to ask that if you are sick or have been in contact with someone that is ill, you refrain from any non-emergency requests. We may also request that any residents that are home isolate themselves in a alternate room in the home while the work is being completed. This will provide the social distancing recommended by the CDC. If your home needs a filter change, light bulbs replaced or a simple supply request, we will provide these supplies outside your home.
Please reach out to your Community Manager if you have any questions or concerns. As a family serving families, the well-being of all parts of our communities is our top priority.
